Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

Beautiful, fresh and new looking. The rooms are exceptional and the buffet in the concierge level lounge buffet is first class . I rate it 4 star. An extremely wonderful surprise. Wow.

Recently renovated with cute rooms resembling more of a boutique hotel . The lounge has an amazing biscuit breakfast and indoor pool is perfect for working out. Definitely a top Nashville choice

Newly remodeled. Love the interior decorating. Really cute for a Sheraton. Great gym and complimentary shuttle to areas around downtown.

Great hotel . Great staff . Great rooms. The food is amazing too, even asked to meet the chef as the spinach and tomato omelette was so damn good!

Great location. Valet parking was convenient and the staff were helpful. Resort fee is expected anymore and allows for unlimited water bottles so we enjoyed that. Golf cart service downtown was good

If you're afraid of heights, it might not be the best, but otherwise the location, service and amenities are great

Nothing special about the rooms. The people that work here though are fantastic. The location of the hotel is awesome because you can walk just about anywhere in 30 minutes or less!

Just a heads up, when you walk back from the bars on broadway , it's all uphill so hopefully you're hammered or in shape!

You can't get to the rotating top floor... Unless you make a reservation with sales.

Prepare for lengthy elevator waits if on high floor. Also, would be helpful when staying on club level they actually tell you where the room is

As my mother and infant napped, a stranger opened the door with a key clearly given to them by the front desk- so much for safety and privacy. :(

Badly frayed carpet, was given the handicapped suite for reasons passing understanding. Outdated , staff seems nice. No breakfast $24 a night to self park !

Make sure you ask to NOT have a view of the parking deck.

The pics and descriptions found on SPG are not a true representation of this property, horribly dated and a very un-accommodating staff leaves you wanting to be someone else.

Don't go looking for cabs. There is a line of them in the garage .

This place sucks! Do not stay here. Outdated . Horrible SPG property. Elevators malfunctioning for 3 days. Stuck on 16th floor and cant get elevator to stop. Had to walk 16 flights. No hot water .

Free wifi in the lobby only everywhere else you have to pay 10$ a night :(

Would not recommend this hotel . Dirty and outdated . They didn't clean our room until we asked. Valet service was only positive experience.
