1 cashier , 1 packer, 1 making drinks... the guy packer sits at the counter n plays with handphone while the one making drinks is super busy... no team work unlike other branches

One of them served me my drink halfway & run out of the shop to chat with her friend leaving all the customer waiting, till I ask her 2 serve my drink then she go back to the shop and serve

The branch at Sembawang Shopping Centre makes better quality drinks and less crowd. If only Sunplaza and SSC can swop places.. :/

Love the drinks but not the service here. Staff are mostly teenagers and they talk to each other all the time!!! One girl took so damn slow to put my drink in the plastic!

I love the logang honey tea with white pearl

When the order is nt fully done, they shud nt be distracted, talking to their friends..

Worth paying extra for the unique flavours.

Gong cha melon tea with white pearl is awesome

Earl grey milk tea . Best.

A4 Alisan tea with brown crystal is nice!

The girl named Januna looks gorgeous.

they need 2 to refill the covers for the drinks, 2 to open a tin..... customers is left waiting for their drinks to be made... they seriously have management issues...

They need to be a little quicker:)
