I've been to this Swiss Chalet a few times - every other time has been a pleasant experience (friendly , quick service ). Andrea served us this evening - didn't smile, wasn't attentive, etc. :S
Visited this location on Saturday afternoon - Jenny took care of us and was excellent! Friendly , fast service !
Try any salad but make sure you get the poppyseed salad dressing . It is awesome, a really sensational dressing that tantalized your taste buds
Like a Canadian version of Denny's--worth a visit for the poutine .
Great patio but staff is slow, especially during lunch periods. Make sure you have 20 extra mins to spare.....
The chicken is so dry they should serve it as a desert
The takeout section is way too slow. Waste of a lunch hour and they forget your cutlery. I only went here because there are no other lunch options around Queen's Park .

Slow service for a Swiss Chalet. That said, if you come here off-peak, you will be the only customer, and might get decent service.
