We’ve been serving our wood-only barbeque to loyal DC-area fans since 1990. The story starts before that, though: http://bit.ly/2cObdy8

Nice folks and cool vibe, but the BBQ always has that "company picnic catering " taste. Round upwards for better beer selection than you'd expect.
Solid western Carolina style bbq . As an Alabama girl, I’m always a little hesitant of bbq outside of the south — Rocklands definitely passed the test. The 3 meat dinner was enough food for two of us.
Tasty BBQ brisket sandwich , pulled chicken , baked beans , corn pudding and corn bread , among many tasty sides. Good choices for the kids too. Only downside is cramped space. More conducive to take out .
Pair chopped pork and baked beans with broccoli salad to lighten up the meal. Ladle some extra BBQ sauce onto your plate straight out of the cast iron vat!
Great BBQ and good service , too. Outstanding brisket and ribs but probably hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.
Check out their specials board and their awesome pickled sides. Definitely recommend the cornbread with the bbq
So this is a weird tip. But some of the best coleslaw I've had in a restaurant .
Best BBQ north of the Carolina border. I recommend the Chicken + Ribs with the Chicken Caesar Salad and Chili
Lots of good specials (Blue plate , beer pitchers , etc)
This barbecue chain tends to rely on that holy trinity of smoked meats - pork , beef and chicken . We suggest the Elk sausages , bison steaks or ostrich burgers . Read more
Get the lunch special ! Sandwich side dessert and drink for 9.89 total. I suggest the brisket
Monday buy a beer and get a free bbq pork sandwich . 2 rounds can be a satisfying dinner
Ask to join their e-mail list and receive a free jar of Rocklands BBQ sauce !

Love the brisket and different hot sauces !
Brisket is phenomenal
Ribs were out of this world!!
Order baby ribs you're gonna love it!
Rocklands has the best BBQ in Washington. By far.
The mashed potatoes were good but cold, which is like getting a remote control car for Christmas but no batteries.
Only BBQ I'll eat outside of North Carolina Mmmm mmmm yum
Not impressed, just ok. The Mac & cheese tasted like it came straight out of a box (Velveeta), the chicken & ribs were over charred. Paid 4 cornbread & didn't receive it. ;( ⭐️1-star.
