入館料は無料。開館時間は9:30〜16:30(入館は16:00まで)。休館日は月曜日と祝日(ただし、土曜日・日曜日と重なる場合は開館)、振替休日、年末年始(12/29〜1/4)。このほか展示 入れ替え等のため臨時休館することがあります。
各時代の貨幣経済を総覧できるという意味で、歴史好きなら必見の博物館 。入館料無料が信じられないくらいの濃密な情報量で、現物展示 も豊富。入館時には手荷物チェック + 金属物検査 がありますが、展示 物をみればむべなるかな。
入り口で手荷物検査 があります。口頭でハサミとかナイフとか持ってないよね？と聞かれたあと、荷物類をスキャナーに通す。ポケットの鍵やスマホも出す。
貨幣博物館へ。今までボクが見てきた貨幣の歴史は、実は「日本銀行 ができてから」だけのものだったと言うことに展示 を見て気づいた
2015年11月頃までリニューアルのため一時休館。
お金の歴史を勉強するには最高。情報量は国内最大級！しかも、入館料は無料です。
お金って奥深いね(^-^)
