Have a seat at the garden in the back, it's beautiful and just next to the church wall . Food and beer were great, service was quite ok.
Great atmosphere of real beer pub . We ordered 6 glasses of Pilsner and some starters for beer : sausages and cheese , we paid for it around 600 czk. So prices are reasonable.

One of the best Pilsner in Prague. And first place in Prague where Pilsner was served in 19th century. Price is reasonable. Not only for tourists .
It would be standard Czech restaurant , BUT!! Take a seat in the garden in the back, which is next too a huge church wall and all of a sudden you have completely different atmosphere. +good beer
If you are looking for a traditional Czech cuisine , then this is the place for you. Recommending the beef bread dumplings and the potato meat dumplings ;) enjoy
It's very famous, traditional, in the very center of the city ... So the prices are in a different places, mostly ;) But this pub has a great atmosphere and it's a real pleasure to visit it
Goulash was awesome! Beer is limited to 2 brands, but quite safe choices and still tasty.
There is a blue stairs on the back of the cafe , a bit scary but try to climb then it will be a whole new world.
My father has never visited Prague without having (at least) one beer here. And I understand. This is the authentic Czech beer culture.
Great little place slightly off the beaten track with very reasonable cost and friendly staff ,who would have thought of placing next to a church
Authentic Czech cuisine - simple, yet very good quality = great value for money in that central location. The service however is far below average. I can recommend Pivovarnicky zavin.

Pinkas popular tripe soup - very nice, a little spicy traditional soup with meat :) It warms you pretty quick!

Ok, but nothing special. More central option of several similar places. A big place but often very crowded , better to make a reservation if you desire to have a table.

Very very bad customer experience.. felt like we owe smth to each waiter . Very bad service and moody. The last one even asked us to bring the glasses inside after we moved to their own terrace outside

Bad service insulting us because we complained for waiting for 1:30h for the food! When they brought the food, it wasn’t as requested. Never coming back. In which restaurant you insult the customer?
Very nice authentic restaurant
Horrible service. For beer we waited 15 minutes, attendant bartender was extra annoying than even anti-Slovak tuned . Third bad experience of four for 10 years. Goodbye.

I recommend to sit in bar instead of restaurant. There is draft domestic beer - in restaurant Buvar only. Taste Oldgott and some specials from their own brewery. Nice place ! - Andy Malyshev
