Good hotel to stay, plenty of amenities and friendly and helpful staff . A bit far away from everything but in Charlotte you don't have as much traffic as other metropolitan areas anyways.

good service , 24 hour airport shuttle , and surprisingly good restaurant food for a hotel . I opted for the shrimp and grits with andouille gravy . Great!

I really like this hotel but if AT&T is the wifi provider, they should fix the cell phone service .

They need a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms, other than that this is one of the nicer hotels on Yorkmont.

I can be unbiased because I am not paying. Hotel itself is fine but you can't charge for wifi and not have a fridge or microwave for 3 days. Very hot on 3rd floor. I would not pay to stay here.

No free breakfast and cell reception is minimum to none. Room felt and smelt damp. Can't see another stay here when visiting Charlotte again.

Be careful and double check your bill when checking out. They added a $30 charge on my friend'sroom service bill. It was a huge fight with the person at front desk. Someone decided to tip themself $30

Absolutely no cell phone service with AT&T on the 3rd floor and extremely spotty everywhere else. Be careful if you want to use your phone!!

Very nice hotel

The employees were nice, the 24 hour airport shuttle is great, but the Internet is not worth the $9.95. It took 5 minutes to open up GMail...

Decent restaurant , but come on...no hbo? No channel guide in the room? No shaving cream in the store? Kinda weak.

Stay away - this place sucks! No free wifi , breakfast & the drinks were overpriced!! Will NOT return.
