The best service that I have ever gotten! The assistants are really helpful! They are treating you like their friends. It's really amazing! The payment is the easiest thing! Thank You Amazing Staff !

Without any doubt, has a serious issue with the allocation and utilization of the staff . Had to walk away without buying the product since there was no-one to actualize the "selling" process!

Apple has two floor at zorlu center the first floor is for the mobile covers , speakers and chargers , but you have to run after the staff ????????

This genius bar thing is ok. But not enough in a city like istanbul where overcrowding is an understatement. Making reservations is near impossible. Step up the game apple ....

Impossible to get online reservations but helpful staff in store makes appointments for same day.

why it is so complicated to buy ordinary earpods? i had to wait 15 min until one of the staff members gave them to me. in the meantime he talked to other customers, walked around, and i felt ignored.
