Excellent customer service. Thank you Vin & Basil ! Very professional. next day, after explaining the issues Mr. Pixler went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Book it!
Love this place, I thought best deal it compares to any 5 star hotel I've stayed. It is convenient and monorail can quickly take you to strip, but I enjoyed less crowds.
The monorail is nice, but there really isn't any good places to eat. Next time I will stay at New York New York. A lot more fun, and more convenient. Although it is a bit more expensive .
Beautiful hotel . Always been one of my favorites. Love the new updates. The customer service representatives throughout the hotel are extremely friendly and very helpful.
Rooms are nice and kept very clean by housekeepers. Restaurants and lobby is nice. New spa is to die for!! However, staff will act like they want to help you only to try selling you a timeshare.
Owners can enjoy a wide variety of benefits within the building. Everything from Food to gifts this place is like a mini mall with Casino . Then there’s the view . Yes please city night lights.
The Japanese steak house at Westgate is best I've ever had. Atmosphere, service, chef . Flawless operation.
It was worth it to upgrade to the Concierge level. Breakfast and snacks , and drinks included at the Concierge lounge .And the rooms had been remodeled.
Many of the staff are nice & monorail is close. You get ONE DAY of coffee , then you must buy more in the gift shop , no matter how long you stay!?! No prices posted in gift shop . But 1 Kcup pod is $2!
Give yourself time to walk over from your conference in the convention center . The walk is longer than you think. Very nice meeting rooms.
Good hotel , great if you have to go to Las Vegas Convention Center , because it'd very close. But it's kind of far from the strip
Bit of a run down casino . Rooms were really tired looking with rust all around the bath. Loved the free hair left in my sink. Nice touch
It s a perfect place if you are going to Las Vegas to work at the Convention Center . Nice and neat.
The chairs in the sports book are really comfortable
Purple Reign rocks! Great theater , awesome energy, and you sing every song! Book it!!!
Get food early, or keep plenty of snacks on you. Unlike the strip, this place shuts down at midnight (food wise), and there isn't anything convenient around.
Nice rooms clean rooms at an affordable price !
Nice King room, however wifi still needs to be more accessible!
Best sports book in Vegas. Who do you think will hit the most home runs this year?!?! Let's bet on it!!!!!
This hotel had it's best days back when it was the Hilton. The place looks old. Wifi didn't work until I talked to the offshore internet technician (he was in the Philippines) but he got it done.
Freaking East Tower elevators shut down at 12 am and nobody tell us, they have to use security guards to check keys, so backwards
It rates are amazing. Convenient location to the Strip. Take the monorail .
Good place, but, bad organization . I've must wait 2 hours to be attended for the safe; room numbers is wrong, I must go 3 times to change the key.
Cheap ass casino , if you're gambling they have a limited list of low end liquor they'll comp you. Only casino I've ever gambled in that does this. Go elsewhere!!
One of the old classic hotels . Not much to see, very expensive lobby-bar.
Most stupid, and unmotivated staff seen so far. Always asking you where you are from - we met one asking us this 3 times within 10 minutes… wtf guys!?
One of Old Hotel , but still pleasant place
Remote from the Strip but close to the Convention Center ! My luggage bag is broken on the way here
Bedding is not good quality, and rooms dated but decent for a play to sleep if there for a convention . Guests largely a convention crowd so casino isn't as crowded as others.
Pleasant staff convenient location
Tired of being harassed by the staff to give me my "free gifts " . They are always trying to push me into buying timeshares. :(
Stayed 3 nights. Given the wrong room. Moved to the right room, got no sleep, it was next to the service Elevator. Called front desk. Moved to another room the next day. No compensation given.
It's OK, there making improvements been here 4 years in a row now (for location only). There wasn't a plug at the desk for my laptop.
Good staff . Mediocre facilities. The employees are doing their best but the hotel is starting to show its age.
Very dissapointing, problem after problem. Buyers remorse lives here.
Avoid talking to anyone who approaches you. Luckily we were warned in advance of the timeshare presentation they want to force on you.
Overly sales people everywhere! Decent upgraded rooms but beware room service will skip your room twice in a wk
Unfortunately the guest rooms continue to deteriorate in this hotel , in severe need of major renovations.
I felt like be punished because I'm a Owner. The room was for no smoking, but was smelling bad. Also were not cleaned , even we asked for...
Timeshare presentation time
No shows due to COVID. If you are not an “owner” they will try to hit you up to attend their Timeshare presentation .
Pretty great hotel !
Still the biggest single sportsbook
Soul of Motown
They wanted to charge us $25 at 1:15pm early check-in fee for a $49 room❗️ WTF????
The sports book is nice, but that doesn't make up for the amount of bugs we had in our room. Nasty.
Gambling ..
Never forget your roots LVH
Wait for an elevator is your thing, this is your hotel . Over 20 minutes is not unusual.
Don't expect any service. Nothing is grand here except for the size of the building.
People were stuck in an elevator in the central tower, the soda machine held my money hostage. My burger from the sports bar wasn't cooked. The one convenient thing was the parking. - Charlene Stoddard
Get the chili, but get a large. The small is too small! - Luke Boerum
Casino isn't anything too special but good for families. Go up to the top for the real experience! :) - Hannah
Great location, beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, spacious rooms with great views, excellent wifi...very glad we moved here from the strip and will be our first choice when we return! - Barb Rideout
Cinnabon French Toast is awesome, and huge. Really delicious, I totally recommend it - Alekz Roque A
