Great store knowledgable staff and great customer service. As always Best Buy is a great company who stands behind their products. If they sell it I buy it here in my local Stafford store.

Just because they have an item in stock, doesn't mean they will sell it to you. I went in for a kinect and they had three in stock in the back but wouldn't sell me one, because they needed the stock
