Stood at self-checkout waiting for assistance for over 3 minutes, went to the customer service desk to buy something and stood in line for 7 minutes, then gave up and checked out in another line .

If you are in a hurry, keep in mind some of the cashiers have a bad habit of being too chatty. Skip them and head for the self-check.

For the price I pay here, I don't think it's too much to have cashiers . They only ever have 1 or 2 open and then want you to check out yourself.
