Great "meat-and-three" place. The most affordable meal I have had, and really top-notch. Try the carrot cake - it's huge.

Try the chicken and dumplings , shrimp and grits , and/or the chips . Also, the peanut butter pie is yummy.
I am convinced this place doesn't train its hostesses right. We consistently have problems being seated fairly . People are often allowed to jump the list if they complain.
The Star salad and quiche combo was excellent!
The spicy mustard on the Virginia Ham sandwich is pretty spicy . Also the pecan pie is deeeeelicious!
