Their Cajun breakfast is to die for! The coffee is good (which to me is important during breakfast ). The atmosphere seemed fun and upbeat. I'd definitely return!
Love the classic eggs Benedict ; I don't know why but today the hash browns were mushy and had lots of brown potato bits in the middle. The hollandaise sauce was separating. (8 am)
Great food...& LOTS of it! (Everyone in our party boxed up 1/2 their food & got a 2nd meal at home...) Try the breakfast burger !
Have a caramel roll and nearly anything else on the menu. Plan to wait if you go Sunday morning - there's usually a line . Worth it to do so.
The Crab Cake Benedict is a great item. Very affordable breakfasts (huge plates) and wonderfully creative omlets . Closes at 2pm everyday.
The veggie burger with waffle fries was outstanding. The bread is great, too.
I can never pass up the Cajun Breakfast . It also needs a side of Andouille and generous shots of Tobasco .
Great food. But I guess you have to constantly ask your waitress for a refill of your beverage...is that tip worthy?

If you're a southerner looking for gravy & biscuits , don't get the G.O.B. here. They're not authentic . Not terrible, but not great either. Uptowner Cafe on Grand Ave. is the best I've found around.
