Maureen's impact class and trx class ...really great. Also Juan's boot camp....tough but worth it!!!

Yes you have to reserve your spin bike for Tripp's 6am class 26 hours beforehand, which means set your alarm for 4am. Well worth it though.
Tips: Lisa's yoga class , & make sure you've booked a massage therapy appt w/David for afterwards!
