Every dept has a few seasoned employees who can give you expert help
I bought a couch , was sold a $300 warranty for 5 yrs. On year 2, I had a small tear, called them, opened a claim which was denied, asked to speak with a supervisor, went to VM & never returned. Pissed
The furniture people work on commission. Don’t expect to browse without being hounded.
