Best HEB I've been to. Clean store , clean bathrooms , great deli , great floral, meat and fish market staff is very friendly as well as the rest of the staff .
Buy your meats from the meat counter , great variety if grass fed natural varieties. Watch the prices when they ring it up because I have caught them charging the wrong price several times
Best HEB I've been to. The sandwiches in the cafe are delicious and you can even enjoy a beer when you're there. Great wine tasting section too.
Kale salad in the cafe is so good. You can buy by the pound too (great for potlucks).
Buy a 64 oz growler and they will fill it with a variety of Texas Craft Beers for 8-15 bucks depending on the beer . Good stuff!
Just learned you can bring in your own growler and they will fill it with your beer of choice for $11-$13 for 64 oz
The garden center trees are really nicely priced. Fall is a good time to plant trees in Texas to prepare them for our brutal Summers.

There's beer by the growler here. Mostly Texas brews, but pretty nice nonetheless.
