Gotten worse over time. Visual merchandising is a cluttered mess and store layout is cramped and uninviting. A stark contrast to Central Chidlom that houses it, which is getting better over time.
A lot of people, but can catch a good discount here :)
A messy, chaotic shopping experience. The very antithesis of simplicity. Be prepared to ask for help; almost impossible to find what you need amongst the noise
