Came here for the Sunday brunch ! Yay, do Asians actually know why it's called brunch because it has the word breakfast in it. Lots of food, rich Chinese only, and first but last time... Save your $$$

Stay at the executive rooms and you will be given preferential treatment. Even checkin is done differently at the 51st level.

The hotel itself is nice with good location. However I'm a bit disappointed with the service. And eg. the cost of Singha beer (340 THB, incl. service fee and tax) is just ridiculous.

5 stars hotel on 22 floor near Ratchaprasong junction. Fabulous restaurant such as the world, ginger etc. serves for buffet and a la cart.

Ginger Restaurant offers nice lunch and for every budget!! Dim Sum lunch starting only @ THB 490++ or alternatively Bento Box starting only at THB 290++

Banquets food extremely poor quality at absurd high prices. Cannot believe they charge so much per couvert while daring to use canned fruit for dessert in a country with so much fresh fruit present

No sense of customer satisfaction over all.no respect to customers in most of the hotels they own.especially you shouldnt be member as you will never be satisfied with what you got eventually

Walk to the Mall for Taxi the hotel staff won't help get one, taxis that do stop are demanding no meter rip off the tourist fees, this goes on while the hotel staff standby and watch,poor showing.

Centrara hotel ....near BTS siam and chidlom. There is a skywalk which you can walk though.

Its partially open-but still worth the visit. Go and enjoy this cool mall !

U can join Ginger Restaurant , a japanese restaurant also.
