This roadside stall once appear on our local TV . Various selection of hot/cold dessert . Popular choices is their 'Sai Mai Lou '. They also have many type of side dishes from steamed to fried ones.

All desserts and snacks are nice and selling at reasonable price. Love their Double-boiled Hasma which is priced at RM8

Pandan indah one open by a ktz share holder who left ktz for some unhappiness reasons and setup new one. The location is jus few shop beside steven corner.

My personal favorite would be the hot peanut dessert , yummy!

Their mango西米露 is one of my fave on a hot weather. Not to forget about the fried pancakes too!

Ramen is better than any traditional ramen I've ever tasted, but mango loh is the worst due to the overly sourish mango , SS2 branch mango loh never fails me.

Their mango loh & honey dew loh was taste so good!

Am always here for their Sai Mai Lou ! Honeydew sago , watermelon sago , mango sago and some Chinese street food !

I prefer ss2 branch coz the food there really taste better. But the tongshui 糖水 here also not that bad.

Tomyam ramen with fish , black sesame was my favorite!

Food quality dropped. I had the carrot and yam cake , it tasted a bit stale ad the portions also seemed smaller. The bubur chacha I had was average.

Hav been having bad service offered by KTZ kepong who tot they r d only one until i found there is newly open one in pandan indah. Trust me. Their food quality and service are way better.

Overly priced dessert , 1 set of boxing chicken is expensive , wrapped chicken was too salty, black glutinous rice dessert was too sweet. First and last time.
