The hotel is so big and beautiful. One place for relax and enjoy in the exclusive Riocentro. The staff is so professional and lovely. The pool is a dream really. And the restaurant is the first class .
Well enough. Fantastic food and delicate service. Some minor minuses, but nothing big.

Seems like they’ve sent the cleaners home during Covid-19. Rooms were dirty - we found old breadcrumbs on the table, surfaces had not been cleaned, Floors dirty and found used watercups in the fridge. - Trine Bjerring

Espectacular place. It's like disneyland but only for music. Love this place more with Rock in Rio. Fantastic shows and performances. It's necessary at some point in their lives to come here - Giselula17
