Pointless to make an appointment . I have been here several times by appointment and they are always grossly overbooked.
Always very crowded but they process you through very nicely.
You won't find better service, nicer people, or more reliable products anywhere else. Great experience every time. :)
Nice people, but having to reset the phone, restore to new phone, and reinstall all of my applications individually because 3rd-party apps may be causing my battery life issue.... Do this beforehand
You get better customer service from Comcast. Try the Roseville store if you want it fixed right.
Make appointments for the Genius Bar online beforehand . Or else you will probably end up waiting a looooong time, no matter what day it is

If you are a Verizon customer stay away from this store. They will treat you like a third class citizen since you are not an AT&T customer
