Weird layout, but they have the full DQ menu and the staff is friendly , professional and efficient. The lines may get long at night, but they move fast.
The most generous servings of any DQ I have been to. This DQ has been a long time fixture of Richmond. Friendly staff and good service are hallmarks of this location!

They never get my order right. So annoying! If this location weren't so near my I would have never come here again.
Constant bad service. It doesn't affect the food or anything, but if they screw up your order don't expect a "sorry" or anything.
The manager here is the worst attitude!
