Steak 'n Shake

The customer service was lackluster, but that didn't take away from the deliciousness of the new double steak garlic burger ! WARNING: Do NOT get the 3-way chili . You, and your stomach, will regret it.

If you're looking for a good burger joint in the area, do Portillo's down the street and pass this location up entirely. Service is f'ing slow & horrible, but the shakes are good.

The earlier complaints about slowness still hold true. Was halfway finished with my dinner before my shake arrived and all the way finished when my wife's shake showed up.

Food was hot and good. Great shakes . Happy hour yea:)

The chocolate shakes are not chocolaty , even the dark chocolate one. Disappointing. However, had a great waitress and food was tasty, just going to stick with soda in the future

Food OK but chocolate shake was awesome. Go after 2PM and it is half price.

Wait time is astronomically LONG! For this to be a 24 hour full service establishment, waiting an HOUR for a milkshake is unacceptable! 2nd time this has happened to me, not again!

The worst I've been at (even sadder is that it's located in Orland Park ). Lackluster customer service, light on the portions of food (if you can get what you order), poor hours of operation.

I never had a problem here till today. If you get Alex as your waitress she is horrible. She does not wear a name tag has attitude & she was on her cell phone the whole time & she never took our menus

Disgusting. Easily the worst Steak n' Shake ever. Staff has the worst attitudes, place is dirty and the food isn't any better. Go literally anywhere else.

She also got our order wrong several times. She kept coming back every 5 seconds asking if we were ready and when we weren't she got mad. Got no water or napkins and tables are still dirty ! Horrible!

When she was not on her cell phone and not helping her customers she sat at the bar which was right next to us and counted her tips over and over! Very disrespectful & selfish. Worst service ever!!

The service here is usually terrible, but the food is good enough to over look it.

I had to wait 20 mufuh minutes until my order was taken. Triflin.

One of the worst places ever! It took over 40 minutes to be waited on and served. When we FINALLY were served our meals, they were ice cold and wrong!! Walked out & will not go back!!

Well another bathroom got closed down by this Guy!!!!!!
