Have reception book any restaurant tables you need - they seem to be persuasive, managed to get us the most romantic table in the world at Ambrosia restaurant in Oia.

If you want the romantic room, ask for suite 19, the round one - it's like a lighthouse or castle turret. Prepare for vertigo-inducing stairs with no rails but a four poster bed at the top!
