Unresponsive staff . Ineffective security when an all night party kept our family up above our room. In-app chat didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work. Called security from outside room...didn’t work!

The service is amazing. Kris the bartender in the hotel grill restaurant was phenomenal. Quite personable and knowledgeable . The room was comfortable and had a patio overlooking the lake .

Getting a wrong room at 2 am was not an enjoyable experience !

Didn’t find anything to like while being kept up all night by a costume party that took over the full hotel . Management didn’t inform guests of the party and security didn’t respond.

Love the ducks in the lake behind the hotel . Huge hotel , you can get lost.

You would never know the hotel is minutes away from the Salt Lake City Airport with complimentary 24 hour airport shuttle.

HUGE layout, makes it a little difficult to get around but overall nice hotel . Solid food options, starbucks in the lobby, indoor pool , and nice fitness center
