Stop in if you're looking for a good vegetarian grocery store . Try the soup if you're on the go (Lentil is the best). I'm partial to a prepared macrobiotic meal and a cup of organic coffee .
Namaste cafe is closed, I was sad to miss out on it. Good news is by May 1 the Co-op is opening the cafe itself. Small, but great selection of raw and organic products . Expensive.
Great selection of bulk foods. After shopping, hit up the cafe and try the Love Juice ! A vegan dream in New Brunswick.
Go upstairs to Namaste cafe : all vegan , all organic juice bar . There are also desserts and wraps .
