If you have a bad experience here (which happens but not all the time) complain locally and then fill in a complaint online. That way they'll know and you may get a call and voucher . We did.
Friendly service
Long queues, uncomfortable atmosphere. Could do with some self service machines like McDonalds.
Hopeless service, manager screaming, huge queue. Best avoided.
