This place has horrible service the co-workers will tap their foot and roll their eyes while serving you food worst of all I found hair on my food. I recommend nobody come to this place
Love this place.
They need to get a better way to serve here. Assembly line is slow, only 1 cashier . By the time I got my burrito it was cold. No apologies from the staff .
I guess they really don't want you to eat inside here because the staff is just standing around and all the empty tables are filthy.
The loud music is the worst! The Encino store and the Topanga store don't BLAST the music ! Feels like your eating inside a Dance Club! Worth the drive to eat at the other locations!
Slow service, on a slow night, only 3 people in line . Not what I've come to expect from Chipotle.
