Be sure to get here on daytime as I expect it to be more explorable and crowded than at night time. Good place though if you like creativity and art as there are quite some lovely shops here.
Refurbished factory turned cafe and outdoor hangout area. Lots of cafe and some shops are available for shopping. Great place for photography .
Seems to be the hip and happening place for local creative arts and merchandise. Periodic events held are also worth a visit and look see.
Amazing. Be sure to check out the park in its entirety! There are a lot of shops and restaurants in factory style buildings.
Old winery factory turns into a cultural and recreational area ; some cafe and light meal in the park ; different type of exhibitions and activities at the weekend.
Built in 1914, the factory was Taiwan’s largest wine producers throughout the 1920’s. It had however, long since been abandoned. It now serves as Taipei’s primary creative arts center.
Successful conversion of an industrial site into a park , shops, restaurants and event spaces . (The city has many more projects like this by the way). There’s a lot going on, especially on weekends.
Trendy shops and cafes with some interesting pop up exhibits . There was a Star Wars pop up exhibit w/ a full size model of an x wing
Highly recommended spot in Taipei. Usually some music or art performance happening. Often a show or convention as well . Many restaurants and cafes and stores.
If you are seeking for an immersive experience in the city , visit this winery soon converted to a creative complex. There are diverse stores for a contemporary art haul. Admission is free.

old wine factory converted into restaurant / shopping area. not too commercialized (just yet)! grab a cookie or ice cream at retail store DPT while you're at it!
Pick up some souvenir at all the design spots. They have cafe , cinema , concert hall and workshops there!
One of the less tourist-y places in the city , for now. Art exhibits , local craft and countless Instagrammable corners.
It's not a bad place to kill an hour or two in Taipei with exhibits , cafes , shops. When I was there, they had a Beatles and Little Prince exhibit .
Doesn’t get old since the shops and exhibits rotate. Increasing number of family-friendly spots in the park .
lots of artisan products here and cool exhibitions . being from Hong Kong, I do feel that HK's PMQ has a lot to learn from this place...
If you don't spend money here it's actually a cool place to hang out when it's not too crowded .
The nearby creative park has a lot of neat exhibits to check out, if you're into art and design
Nice mix of food, cafe , gallery , and occasional live music . A block away from the Sheraton hotel .
A must for art lovers.
Always many people in this area. Concerts , shops, restaurants . Good place to spend time on weekends.
Walk around, cruise the exhibits , people watch and grab a bite to eat in this kewl center of Taipei's arts Communitty.
Great alternative place. Must try in Taipei.
Grassy area on the northwest side is a great place to people/dog-watch
Warehouses turned arty shopping district. Very cute and interesting area. Nice park too.
If you are going on an afternoon, make sure to bring an umbrella because it gets quite hot and humid!
Really slick space with tons of great local craft shops. Stickers galore
great place to buy souvenirs to bring back; some unique and eye-catching designs
Lively place , many things to see, do and buy.
Especially crowded on weekends. Avoid Sundays or get here early.
More consumerist than "creative." I saw of lot of shopping and big stores like Sony and Starbucks, but not a lot of art at all. Don't go out of your way to come here. Very disappointing.
