高円寺に始まり阿佐ケ谷、荻窪に続いて4件目のビール 工房です。ビール はここで作っているオリジナルです。店の奥に醸造 タンクがあります。ビール は6種類程度用意してるとのこと。今日はライトブラウン、ウィンターポーター、PA、IPA、クリーム、ホットエール がありました。フードは軽め。ビール もフードも全て500円 です。店内は広くありません。ロフトと奥に小上がり席がありますが、基本は立ち飲みです。
自家醸造 のお店。全品500円 均一で販売しているためフードが割高に感じます。でも自家製ビール がワンコインは安い です。イレギュラーでコリアンダー やらすだちやら、香りのあるものを後入れした樽も楽しめます。
店で作るクラフトビール のお店。 この店は他の店とは違くてほぼ500円 のお店(スペシャルビール はたまに600円 の時あり。)立飲みが主だけど座り席もあり。予約も可能
ペールエール 苦味のバランスが絶妙、IPA 苦味がガツンとくる、飲みごたえがあり。中央線沿線も自家製ビール が楽しめますね。
ビール はどの種類を飲んでも美味しい。濃いビール 中ジョッキ500円 は夏場最高。
飲み放題 がオススメです
入口カウンターで注文するスタイル。屋根裏部屋みたいな中二階の席が秘密基地みたいで楽しい。
ホットエール のクリーミーな泡がイイ
