If you book thru a third party they use that as an excuse to give you less than par service. Families are screwed for space in the fridge and the ability to microwave something in their own room.

The omelet station and fresh fruit for breakfast was great

The pool was out of control. Going here on your honeymoon for a relaxing stay. Don't goto the pool lol lots of loud noisy children.

Had a reservation for 5 (2 & 3 kids) & got a bedroom with 2 queen beds. Impossible to get 1 bed more nor a kingsize bedroom. No solution proposed at the desk. No other way than sleep on the floor.

I was placed in a room on the 4th floor. The sheets were dirty and the phone wasnt connected. I went to the front desk and the kind gentleman gave me a new room on the 7th floor which was much better.

The 5th floor has the best vending machine food!

Staff here is friendly and attentive. Great stay.

I was informed by a guy at the desk that the floors below the 4th are "less renovated." We stayed on one of those floors, and they are not 3.5-star quality.

Two out of three times I've stayed here the fire alarms have gone off and the hotel was evacuated. Maybe I'm a jinx?
