Staff aren’t English-proficient, which can mean incorrect orders made — and that’s exactly what happened to me. Tell them that, and they show displeasure at correcting the order. Unprofessional!
Employing staff that can only speak the local language is probably not the brightest idea when the shop is clearly situated in a tourist landmark …
The staff said they would open at 10 am. We asked at 9:45 am and waited, but they still hadn’t opened 25 minutes later. We ended up getting ramyeon first. Terrible!

One of the most romantic place in Seoul. Good time of visiting N tower is between 17:00~16:00. U can enjoy the beautiful sunset of this beautiful city. Day and the night view is totally different. :) - Eric Kim
