Very decent selection, but very heavy on dense rice . Seems like it would work against a strategy where you're trying to sell as many a la carte plates as possible.
It's more about the experience than the food. Sushi is "ok" but nothing earth shattering. Venue and concept are fun. Cost escalates quickly; we spent £150 for 5 + child.

Come on weekdays half an hour before selfridges shuts & all takeaway sushi boxes (located in food hall) are reduced to half price

Always busy but the service is really good. They care about what you like.
Service is bad, food is fine but some of them aren't fresh. Another thing is that some maki dont even have fillings in it! Not recommended at all

Aside from nearby Impression Café (family run,small and limited stock), this is the best place for sushi in Westminster. The crab sushi rolls are excellent. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced, freshly - Rob Dyson

Best department store in London. Recommend the food hall as well. And if you go there half an hour before closing on sundays..a lot of the fresh deli foods (sushi/sandwiches/pies etc) are half price! - James K22
