Nicoise salad was better than the one I had in Nice. Sit down on the counter by the window, it's nice to see huge aircraft taxi .

Cappuccino is awesome. The americano very strong but only a $1.

It took 40 minutes to prepare 2 toasted cheese sandwiches - inedible!, 1 frulata - no fruit ?, and a big breakfast that was swimming in the oil, I Got a third of the way before I gave Up

If you arrive early morning from overseas - the breakfast here is certainly better than anything served on board.

- It was nauseating. 1 Late - with no taste, I Capuchino that tasted like old filter coffee , and two liptons ice tea - the one bottle of still water was odd in taste - R300 for this mess

Great views . Chicken and mushroom pasta is good. Service is hit and miss.

PLEASE check the CHICKEN you order from them-it may not be cooked at all!They have served my 4 year old daughter RAW chicken in her pasta .I cleaned the sauce to find it COMPLETELY RAW.-food poisoning

Disgusting! No service. Waitress Clueless. Manager just as bad. Food awful - black avo!!! Embarrassed to be a South Africa!! Shame on you Jackson!!! Mugg and Bean was much better in this spot!!

This is a place to give a miss. Service is not up to standard and the food is beyond poor. Misleading menu descriptions and no presentation to the bad food they serve.

Terrible experience-service took forever, waitress got the order wrong, even the still water tasted strange. Won't be going back in a hurry!

Service is horrible, avoid this place and check the others around. Food quality is also just low to average.

The service sucks, food preparation takes 45 mins and the waiter just tell you its not his fault, can't do anything, its kitchen problem. If you are in hurry, better go to Mugg&Bean!

Terrible service from waitress Thusisile and her manager. One meal forgotten, doggy bag never arrived and manager with an attitude. Give this place a miss !

Jacksons Republic at ORT - Pathetic attitude and service!! Waited more than 40 minutes for a pasta which never came...got handed the bill and rushed to catch my flight!!! Poor poor service!!!

The food is not tasty anyway. Very ordinary and the orange juice is the same, bigger portion in Mugg&Bean. The overall service is horrible.

Terrible quality. Bread for toasted sandwich and burger old and hard. Minute mango juice for normal price. Avoid!
