Great zoo ! Amazing view of the city . Your kids will love it even yourself will enjoy it. Take the ferry ride from circular quay and buy the combo pass. It's including the sky train which is amazeballs
A very huge zoo ! But we missed the chance to take picture with the koala . They have their schedule for every activities such as the seal show , koala show and stuff. Do ask for their schedule
If you wanna enjoy watching happy wild animals, you should definitely go there! Animals look healthy and happy. You can enjoy Australian wild species in its full glory
The best bits are the amazing city views and the birds show . For the rest, it's a "small" zoo for a big city
Buy tickets before getting on the ferry and after exiting walk to the side enterance rather then taking the cable cabin as its faster. Dont miss the Giraffes with a nice view of Sydney!
An unreal zoo , with a big selection of Australian only animals like kangaroos, wombats, koala beers , and more. Also elephants, giraffes, crocs...
Very large zoo with a good range of shows, talks and photo opportunities . Decent food court and plenty of places to stop and rest. Great views of Sydney Harbour too.
The Seal Show is good. In the Seal Show & the Bird Show , the best part is the social message they give! Expected few more few more kangaroos, wallabies & koalas to be in the zoo .
Huge zoo , great structure and thousands of animals. Try the Koala encounter ($19 up to 4p), and If you are lucky enough, he will be awake and nice to you!
Words can not describe the beauty of this place. You can easily spend a whole day exploring the zoo . Giraffes and the seal at Zoo 's store are my favorites.
Start at the top, work your way down, then take the gondola back up at the end of your day. Food allowed, so bring your own picnic because options are slim.
Almost the most interesting zoo I've been+ extraordinary scenery, go there in the morning, during midday can be crowded and hard to catch a boat back.
One of the best zoos I have been to. Take in the animals and sweeping views . Get there early and sign up for one of their experiences.
A must visit - seal show is fun and bird show is exciting. Loads to see and the views down towards the gorillas and giraffes are fantastic!
I would say the best part of going to this zoo is because of the great view you have when you get there. ????????
A zoo in Australia is a necessary experience. If you're limited in time/travel this is a solid option. There are more interactive and 'authentic ' zoos outside of the city .
You can easily spend the entire day here. A map is critical, it will give you a route to see the entire park .
For a better experience, plan ahead by referring to the schedules from their website or app. Also for parents with small children, a pram is a must!
great experience. enjoyed the different exhibits and talks. recommend purchasing tickets at the ferry docks so you can take the cable car up
Say hello to our friends at Australia's largest zoo . Check out the views that these magnificent beings have of Sydney city .
Amazing zoo ! Must do's: Australian walk about, tiger trek, and the bird show .
Animals are lovely and there are lots of shows to entertain you but the view of Sydney Harbour from here is simply breathtaking!
Animals are lovely and there are lots of shows to entertain you, but the view of Sydney Harbour from here is simply breathtaking!
Download the phone app, which can pinpoint your location on their park map, which makes navigating this huge and hilly site so much easier.
Awesomw zoo ! Animals have plenty of space and the whole place is clean and tidy! ...furthermore the view of the city is amazing!!
The free flight bird show is a must-see at the zoo - It happens twice a day. Also has great views back across Sydney Harbour .
Reserve at least 6 hours for visiting. Download the app and don't miss the shows (birds and seals are the best).
Seal Show is a MUST! Make sure you get there at least half an hour before hand to get a good spot in the queue/seat. 1pm seems to be the better time to go.
Great zoo ! But pricey but if you spend the whole day, you'll get your money's worth
Watch out for the kangaroos and koalas along with the wild beasts! The seal show and bird show is must watch! Do not miss them
Well worth the visit plenty of places to keep out of the sun Be patient for the animal activity Best done as a complete excursion through Capt Cook tours
One of the most famous attractions here are the Gorilla Forest , and Luk Chai ,a cute baby elephant born in 2009. You can also stay overnight at the safari tents of Roar and Snore.
if you are in here for the Ausie wildlife - not worth it! seen more kangaroos and koalas on the streets of the suburbs than in here.... it's worth for the views though.....
One of the best place with a great view of Sydney harbour area
Love this place - have to be lucky sometimes to see certain animals but worth the trip across the harbour
Best parents rooms are near the giraffes amazing facilities, tv and toys for older kids, great B feeding rooms. Backyard to bush a great place for a lunchtime rest while kids are playing.
Koalas , Quokkas, Kangaroos and Emus - truly a showcase of Australia's finest animals!
The best!! Koalas , emus, wallabies and more!
We visited when all the animals seemed to be sleeping. Definitely great for kids & families.
Want great views of the harbour ? Come here!! get to hang out with some cool animals AND see some awesome views
Amazing views , definitely one of the top zoos in the world.
Brinh your own drinks :: water is $4.50 a bottle, fizzy is $5 for 600ml.. Amazing zoo and all but that's more expensive than the ski fields .
Afternoon is when the animals doze off... So ull b better off if u visit during the day... Dont miss the shows!!!
If you plan on coming here a few times a year, grab a zoo pass. I bring my son here quite a bit and it's well worth the investment
amazingly planned. good to kill half to a whole day. koala giraffe elephant penguin kangaroo emu etc etc
Excellent enclosures and city harbour views . Animals seem well kept and happy
Check out the birdshow, it's fantastic and you can admire the views of the opera house & city while you wait for it to start
Zoo is pretty good, but the views are spectacular!
Seriously some of the best views of Sydney ever. And the giraffe enclosure is amazing.
Definitely check out the Koala encounter- an up close and personal experience with the cute furry creatures!
If you want to get wet get there early and sit at the front. Gr8 show - Tony Haines
Our group of 8 tried a few things here and the standout was the calamari. - Rani Begley
Great little zoo experience in the middle of the CBD. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable & they have a wide variety of animals to see. The huge croc Rex was a highlight & the rock wallabies. - Nicola Landall
This park is perfect for getting up close and personal with Australian wildlife. For the very best experience (and photos!), arrive early in the day when the kangaroos and wallabies are still hungry. - Social News Network
Not as extensive as Taronga Zoo but still has a fair few animals and for people in the outer west of Sydney this zoo is much more accessible. - Albert Alcoceba
who can resist koala! but 24.99 for a close up photo :( - Sabrina Wang
