The worst service store on Earth, I would rather destroy my phone then come to this horrible place, please for your own sake go to any other store, repair it by yourself if you want

no one cares to answer to contact numbers or emails , info provided here is totally different than their website. doctor 's checkups are cheaper than an ipad checkup apparently. 

Nothing good here, crowded & no queues at all, the reservation system is not working, they just don't care or know what the hell order is

There is no apple store in KSA and this horrible comapany is one of the local agents authorised by apple . This company is a disgrace to apple brand. Long waiting lines and very slow service.

Nothing!You have to take appointment.However,even though you'll have to wait for so long till you get to talk to a representative.The lines there feels like before the civilian life has existed!Shame!

they take forever to fix a computer, ordering parts from UAE. So beware.

Although they are trust worthy.. But the worst customer service. Never in time! Their working hours are similar to school hours. PLEASE change your working hours

يا جماعة سو كذا.. حملو تطبيق وزارة التجارة . بلغو عن تلاعبهم وزالمخالفة اذا رفضو تعويض بجوال جديد او مبلغ .. بعدها بيتصواصلون معك الوزارة و اذا ما لبو طلباتكم بيخالفونهم .. انا سويت كذا و تعدلو

معقول ان كمبيوتري من 7 رمضان الموافق 24 يونيو يتصلح وهو بس تغيير اللوجيك بورد .. أحد يرد على الاقل من شهرين ماتصلح ولا فيه أي خبر او استجابه بديت اشك ان جهازي راح .. فيه احد نفس وضعي ولا بس انا ؟؟

اسوء خدمة عملاء ممكن تتعامل معها ،، كانهم يتصدقون عليك بخدمتهم مع انها واجبه والزاميه عليهم !! عن نفسي دخلت موقع ابل ورحت لخانة الفيدباك (feedback) وكتب عن سوؤهم وردائة خدمتهم، وياليت الجميع يسويها

عيب والله يكون هذا الفرع االوحيد لضمان وكيل ابل في الرياض! مكان صغير وزحمة!

محل أبو كلب وصيانته كذلك ومبالغ فيها الكشف ب ٢٠٠ ريال و يأخذ ٥ أيام و بعدين الصيانة ٢٠ يوم وبالاخير يقول استبدال ايباد ب ١٤٠٠ ????

خدمة أسوأ من السيئه والموظفين تعاملهم فظ وسيء وما فيه اي لباقه، دخلت استلم جوالي استلام بس جلست ساعتين استنى وبالأخير خلص دوامهم وما استلمته وما فيه اي اعتذار عالتأخير وعدم الاستلام.

والآن وبعد أن أصبح حاسبات العرب الوكيل الحصري لمنتجات آبل،فأبشروا بسوء الخدمة والمعاملة.هل يعقل أن اضطر لحجز موعد حتى يتم استلام جهاز ايفون عطلان عطلا مصنعيا!! نصيحتي لمن احتاجهم- اتصل قبل: 920009965

اسو خدمة بصرااااحة يعني حركاتهم حركات تطفيش ????????????

وصلت قبل الصلاة بربع ساعة ورفضوا يفتحون الباب بحجة الصلاة !! انتظرت ساعة الى ما فتحوا واستلموا السماعة، وفِي الأخير قال لي لازم موعد.. خدمة سيئة جداً.. أنصحكم بالاتصال قبل ما تجون على 0115119393

اسوء شركة تعاملت معها بحياتي مسلتمين ايفوني 6اس من تاريخ 17 ديسمبر بسبب الاستدعاء واستلمته اليوم بعد ما صرفوني الف مرة و في النهاية ما صلحوه بحجة انتهاء ضمان الشراء مع ان ابل تقول جوالي مضمون بالصيانة

صلح الجهاز على حسابك اخف لراسك من الزحمة والدوشة .. مكان واحد لكل ايفونات الرياض المتعطلة????

تخيل تشتري ايباد 10.5 ذاكره 256 واي فاي اطلبهم قطع غيارشاشه تبي تنصب تقول جيبه نبدله لك بدون ماتغير الشاشه نعطيك واحد بدون كرتون وتدفع ٢٠٠٠يال ،يعني تخسر فلوس وجهاز سرقه عيني عينك وتاخذ ابو كلب

وتواصلوا مع شركه أبل بلايميل عشان يعرفون انه وكيل أبل عندنا سيّء

مرتبين ، تعامل راقي، و سريع

الجو جدا حار، نظامهم قلهم اسمك بعدين يرجعون ينادون عليك !

اسعارهم نااااار .. اجل الغحص ب 200 ريال .. وقيمة البطارية الف ..

مكان سيء .. خدمة عملاء تفشل .. حرام شركة عمللقة مثل أبل تثق فيهم .. المدعو حسام مكانه سوق الخضار وليس خدمة عملاء

اسوء تعامل ممكن تشوفه يتعاملون مع العملاء كأنهم ....... مو بشر ومن طرف خشمه يرد عليك الموظف ليييش وعلى ايش هذا كله لازم يلقون لهم حل مع موظفينهم حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
