Well this place is a grand old hotel . It's in a great location on the banks of the Amstel. Grab a drink (pricey !), sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine.

Grand, historic hotel with comfortable rooms . Impressive lobby. Get a room with a canal view if you can. Breakfast is very nice, but expensive .

Stunning place! We had the most spectacular dinner by the river at the restaurant la rive!

Has been years ago, but had a delicious high tea and was in very good company (girls afternoon out....) great ambiance, wonderfull scenery along the Amstel river .

Lovely place - classic with immaculate service. Sit on the patio and watch the boats go by.

Excellent breakfast (try their awesome eggs benedict !) and superb heath club with indoor swimming pool

Phenomenal "instant service"...they'll collect your laundry service within a minute of calling, room service comes faster than most restaurants serve so believe it when they tell you 10-15 minutes!

Great and classic ambiance and food

The terrace is a nice place to treat yourself on good wine with good service . Sun till late.

The brasserie is good, but if you want a life changing meal, eat the main restaurant . The chef will blow your mind ;)

The bar , although a bit lonely, is pretty good!
