Great fucking venue. My favorite place. From part-time punks to bootie LA to CYP2 to having the Rolling Stone play here for $20. Any night is a good night.

Awesome spot with great acts. Be sure to double check if your ticket is for the Echo or Echoplex. Heads up the staff won't let you in and out even with a wristband. Photobooth & ATM inside ????????????????

stupid layout. tons of kills due to pillars and ill-placed arrays. get to the front-center and stay until you're done with it.

Although the sound and layout leave much to be desired, the Echoplex has hosted some of the best LA music nights of past 5 years. Consistent sounds.

Sweaty. Packed like sardines. Better to go to The Whiskey , The Roxy or The Troubador if you want to sweat with a bunch of people around you. Cheap though. Feels like The Glass House in Pomona.

The sightlines aren't so great, but the sound is normally on point. Go early, stand in the front.

Nice size venue that host good Indie bands and has good lighting...but the sound system completely blows.

The bouncer cussed me out and physically threatened my boyfriend. I do not feel safe at a venue that allows their employees to treat patrons in this way. Customers should be respected, not threatened.
