Canon has an extensive list of cocktails with the most inventive ways to serve them. I drank from a smoking glass pipe, a shopping cart and a Nintendo game cartridge. Also cocktails with boba ? Yes!
Allecia Vermillion calls this the “brown liquor juggernaut of Seattle cocktail bars ” with a massive (in the thousands) whiskey collection and back-to-back James Beard noms for outstanding bar program. Read more
The staff is really friendly , the place is very cool, and the drinks, oh boy... the drinks are fantastic! Order a "Camp fire in Georgia" is an experience ???? best cocktail bar in Seattle
They have the best craft cocktails in Seattle . A little pricey , but well worth it. I recommend to make a reservation otherwise you'll be outside for at least 30 minutes.
So far we've had the Pork Belly Sliders , the Flank Steak Succotash, and the Chicken Pesto . The bartenders are fun and make you feel safe to play "roulette" (a fun cocktail option!). Pork loin d'best!
One of the best cocktail bars I've been to. The magic was a bit too sweet for me, but the off-menu cocktail I got was on point! Early grey, gin and smokey ????????
So cool cocktails bar ,nice atmosphere, big variety of drinks, great service,Friday and Saturday are packed
The icons next to the drink show the kind of glass it comes in. Or shopping cart or glass orb or large metal goblet. Probably the best cocktails in Seattle, but others are catching up.
The Canon Manhattan was a great cocktail . Such an extensive whiskey selection , and the bottles make for very pretty decor. Great stop for a date.
Some of the best cocktails anywhere are made at canon. They also have an exceptional spirits selection , with many whiskies that are available almost nowhere else.
Very cool cocktail bar . Death in the Caribbean was my favorite (never say no to a tiki drink !) and comes in the coolest skull glassware .
Amazing whiskey inventory and some really ridiculous flights (who can afford them?!). Good cocktails as well . Food is meh (tho ambitiously gourmet)
Incredible drinks. Love the Toucan gin fizz and Georgia Camp Fire. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation . Place fills up quick!
The liberal cocktail reminiscent of an old fashioned; gnome chompsky, fun gnome sippy cup; transfusion for two, shock value in blood bag, taste like punch. Drinks all too sugary sweet for me.
One of the two best Seattle bars . Crowded . Get there mid week to get proper service and a calm , relaxed atmosphere .
Make sure to use the wash room. It is the greatest washroom I ever used. It is a fortress in which to take a break from insanity. It has a radio , fresh towels , and is clean beyond belief.
Come here and ask for Chris then get the Shrouded Roulette which is an off the cuff recipe based on your base alcohol . Whiskey is mine and every drink was an amazing adventure!
With the largest selection of American whiskey in the world and a 94-page menu (including nine pages worth of rare whiskies ), Canon should be on every boozehound's bucket list.
The campfire in Georgia isn't just a drink it's an experience! Waft it in!
My favorite part of our Seattle trip! This cocktail bar is a must do while in Seattle!!
Great whiskey selection . Find out what your grandfather's favorite bourbon was, and come here to let your senses connect with your own history.
Bartender a bit rude, but the drinks and atmosphere makes it all up. Go there for great cocktails and a ridiculous array of whiskies (some are pricey tho)
Fantastic bartenders and even better drinks ????
Canon opened nearly a year ago, and it remains one of the hottest cocktail bars in town , thanks to its ambition.
Cocktails Are fantastic. Try the swagger. They also have an $1100 cocktail for those feeling themselves that night (but not likely in the morning)
Insane cocktail bar , has won many awards including World’s Best Spirits Selection .
A two-time member of the World’s 50 Best Bars , Canon carries “the western hemisphere’s largest spirit collection at 3,500 labels and counting”.
Don't let the 45 minute wait scare you, this bar is definitely top 3 in Seattle and is well worth it.
Huge whiskey collection and cocktail list with clever themed glassware .
The mahogany bookshelves date to the early Victorian era, brought to america by spirits enthusiast sir Walter Beuregarde. Order his namesake cocktail and pay homage to sir Walters cherished bourbon
Sit out in the patio , chill vibes and beautiful decor. Get the Boba T Fett. Truly a masterpiece.
We particularly love the carbonated Last Word cocktail , but it's nearly impossible to go wrong at Canon.
Tell the bartender your favorite liquors and what you would like to taste (sweet, savory, etc) and taste the magic in their creations!
Each of their signature cocktails come with an unique glasses. Prepare to be surprised
The place is dripping with antiquated , old-world charm. You need to try the pork belly sliders , tip your bartender , and thank me later. And use their bathroom :)
The menu can be intimidating if you're not a cocktail connoisseur. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations or try the roulette, the barstaff is knowledgable and very friendly .
Service is perfection. Drinks are well crafted and the ambiance is soothing. Thank you for the wonderful night.
You've got to check this place out - half the experience is just watching them make the craziest drinks you can imagine
"If you prefer brown liquor , then Canon is a must do. A self-proclaimed whiskey and bitters emporium, Canon stocks whiskey from all over the world."
Front of house is unhelpful and their seating/standing policy is absurd. If there is an unreserved seat at the bar it should be open to anyone, even if there are two of you.
Try the marrow , and ask for "The Luge" after to pour down the bones!
Awesome drinks...get there early as there will probably be a line , but totally worth the wait.
Very good Bourbon Cocktails that go along perfectly with their bar menu.
There is a lot of presentation to the drinks here, which makes it extra fun
If I come into millions, Imma come in and drink ALL the 1901 Old Overholt. Bravo gents -- hell of a bar . Leave all the two dollar bills for the bartenders .
They keep an artificial crowd outside for no real reason. Stood in the cold for an hour and when we got in there were 6 seats at the bar , and an open table, with plenty of people outside still waiting
Pretentious atmosphere, but awesome whiskey selection . Get a comet dog afterwards to bring you back down to earth and sober you up.
If you make a reservation online you hold the seat by prepaying. Convenient and no worries about getting seated.
Pork buns were a surprisingly good amount of food. Delicious cocktails too. ????
Get the Campfire . If you like mezcal and a smoky show with your drink, you won't be disappointed.
Sushi is fresh and delicious. Try the 15th Ave Roll! Albacore, green onion, spinach, & a hint of Japanese mayo. - Tabitha Kirkland
Love the details. Learned about directional freezing of ice which makes it more transparent and slower to melt which makes it ideal in an Old Fashioned - Michael Reibel Boesen
Pretty much everything on the menu is great. Nice handmade fresh paste and fresh ingredient. Cocktails are tasty too. Relax place to hang out. - Mingfei Yan
Great venue. Huge open space, plenty of seating and their beer selection is on point - Elizabeth
Aviation, Slave to the Grind (rum based frappuccino style cocktail) , oysters on the half shell. I'll definitely be back to try the speak easy upstairs - Kaitlin Martineau
