Its newly opened here in Sri petaling. Everything was nice except the food and drink. Our package includes a set of dinner and guess what, we ordered black pepper chicken and tasted so bad. Microwaved

Good sound system and mics. Karaoke system is user friendly loaded with latest songs . Could be better if main console can rotate 360 to ease song selection

The song here is less.the size of food here is extremely small, I ordered an Mutton Curry with rice , there is only 3 pieces of mutton , the rice portion is like for children, it is extremely expensive .

Average furnishing. KTV and sound system are decent. Our room had an air-conditioning issue that wasn't resolved although we complained twice. By our 3rd complaint, they moved us to another room.

Make sure book in advance before u check in

Service is bad. They will not consult you on the package. Reception simply charge. Please check properly. Drinks over sweet. Is sugar instead of honey . Dont visit this branch!!

The Android app is completely useless. Take ages to refresh database, waited 15min still unfinished. Try Multiple time without success. Bad Apps design!

Room is just ok. The big screen which used to select the song is too bright .
