Rafiqi's is one of the better halal carts around the city . Love the extra veg , and their sauce is great. At the price, is a pretty cheap lunch for downtown Manhattan .
What really makes these guys top pick for me over other streetmeats is the extra veggie selection . can't beat it!
Compared to other Rafiqi, these guys were skimpy with the servings.
