New coffee house Ghostlight Coffee now open at Wayne and Clover . Awesome artisan coffees , and baked goods by Thistle Confections . This is what a neighborhood coffee shop should feel like.

Great neighborhood - where neighbors become friends. Walkable to UD, MVH, The Oregon District, Downtown. Everything but a decent grocery store .

A walk through this neighborhood is a must. The restored 1870-80's homes are incredible!

One of South Parks best kept secrets is Halal International Grocery , where you can get feta , pita and tons of foods that you can't even read the label to know what you are buying.

Really friendly place to live, nice to walk around, to eat, drink, all within walking distance .

South Park Historic District is a neighborhood in downtown Dayton Ohio roughly bordered by Wayne, Wyoming, Brown and Buckeye Streets. Part of that area isn't zoned historic but that gives you the idea

We have two great neighborhood taverns: the South Park Tavern and Jimmies Ladder 11. Great food, beer and atmosphere.

When you are out walking your dog on Park Drive, make sure you take a Krogers bag with you. We gotta keep our neighborhood clean !

A day in south park isn't complete until you've had a craft beer from south park tavern !
