I just might say that it's the BEST resort in Cancun ! Great service, food, spa , amenities , and so much else! I had great wifi as well throughout the resort . Definitely worth the money.

If you love ceviche , find the secret restaurant hidden in a little corner of the property... go past the swim-up bar pool and take the steps down, you'll find a little piece of paradise -

one of the best resorts in Cancun . We stayed 7 nights here. The food was awesome and services all well . Worth to upgrade to the VIP to have a private bar in 5 the floor. 24hrs room service as well . ????

The suites are definitely worth it! Gorgeous washrooms, humidity controlled, huge beds, complimentary access to the Cabanas and the Aqua club on the 5th floor! That's where all the real liquor is at.

Perfect place for relax, beautiful, quiet , romantic , great blue and green beach , nice pools... Excellent plan for adults. Very recommended!

Very nice place. Particularly the staff . They are all so incredibly sweet. Only complaint is the poor layout. Maze-like and unnecessary. But otherwise great!

Attending and concierge staff perfect. The hotel restaurants are not at the same level. I dont think all inclusive package is worth as Cancun has a lot of perfect, cheap and different restaurants .

Secret hot tub with waterfall alertDirections: from the main entrance go in the direction of the pool. On your left you will see sign "Outside spa ". It's hidden in the greenery . Go into it & have fun!

They water down their alcohol . The property is pretty & staff are nice. 2nd day on-site they put you through a sales pitch to become a member. My husband and I got the mud butt after a few days.

Go to Bar Azul by the pools at night after 9pm and look for Jorges. He will literally make you any drink you can dream of!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Issues with the first room but was upgraded to a ocean front suite. Will definitely stay here again.

Wifi seemed to work great if you connect to google first! Best service, very friendly staff , will be back!
