In a sea of mediocrity, a shining beacon of hope. Juicy ropa Vieja , sweet plantains , beans and rice . Very good $9 malbec . Vibrant, but classy Cuban music . My go to on Ocean Drive.

Great place!.. Food is not amazing but I enjoyed with my family. Service is good, and also the music . Location is perfect to have a walk after lunch through Ocean Drive!.. I will recommend it.

It’s nice to see a place that does not server touristy rubbish on the boardwalk. $23 for a 3 course lunch special is pretty good, and the food was quality and delicious. Worth visiting.

Excellent grilled seafood platter :) will make your heart melt with delicious flavors. And it's true what everyone says about the mojitos they are wonderful! A little pricey but definitely worth it!

Please try the plantain wrapped in bacon !!! Ughhh! Sooo good. And the service is A+ excellent!!!! Love this place!

Lariosis the main food stop in the South Beach Food Tour . Here you will be having a traditional Cuban dish : rope vieja.

Their plantains and croquettas are absolutely killer. I really liked their lemonade , too.

I think they've got best Mojitos on Ocean Dr . Little loud and seats aren't too comfortable , but DJ plays 'latin' version of every music . Coldplay's Speed Of Sound Latin Remix had me laughing.

Last meal on my holiday so treated myself to some fizz and the skirt steak with rice and black beans . Was worth it :)

go for the tostones stuffed with ropa vieja . They are to die for. Amazing combination. Then go for the shredded chicken . Delicious and sizzling on your plate.

Try the bacon wrapped plantains and ceviche !

If you get the tacos ask them to go light on the slaw . It’s a lot of mayo .

Try the Bongos Shredded Chicken - Shredded chicken with Moro rice and sweet plantains . Delicious.

Disappointment - they misplaced our reservation and instead of apologies we got the "it was her second day at work" explanation on top of waiting almost an hour to get seated. Prefer Yuca on Lincoln!
