Nice pub recently refurbished Abbas is an excellent local . Try the Balham Burger which tastes much better than you think it will. Very good selection if beers . Good spot. Good staff and atmosphere!

Food is let down by cheap ingredients and underwhelming presentation. Not what you would expect for the price. Disappointing.

Poor service: drinks took 15mins, despite not being busy. Poor food: cold, chewy and tasteless roast. Avoid. P.s. The Avalon is around the corner.
