Only 4 items on the menu. 2 cold noodle , 1 soup noodle and gyoza . The soup noodle and gyoza are really good! Must try! Those abit adventurous can try the spicy cold noodle .

Chung-Cheong province style chopped noodles . The chicken broth is rich. The fresh kimchi has strong garlic flavour. You may ask for rice bowl or extra noodles for free. Payment in advance. Long queue.

Their dumpling and noodles are definitely a must try. The kimchi is one of the best I have ever had in Seoul and you can ask for refill and a bowl of rice with no charge!

Gallic kimchi is so delicious! I love that place. But you have to know that food is kind of large size. So If you will go there with three friends, then just order two food. It’s enough!

I loathe myeongdong and all its touristy glitz but this packed noisy chaotic eatery is its saving grace. The dumplings r bomb. The kimchi is a garlic party. And the noodles are so good u want seconds

Warning: My wife has been an avid fan for 30 years. MDG is the first place we visit in Seoul. HOWEVER, something has changed! Noodles , rice , broth, toppings, just not as good anymore ????????(mgmt chg?)

Everything is great but especially kalguksu and kimchi are the best in Seoul. It should be on everybody’s list. I visit once or twice during my stay in Seoul

Very popular with both locals and tourists ,most patrons go for the hot soup noodles in winter.There are only 4 items in the menu and all come served with fresh kimchi.Go during offpeak to avoid queue.

If u love dumplings u need to stop here. Thin dumpling skin with lots of yummy meat inside (₩8000). There's also cold soy noodles and hot soup noodles . (₩8000 each) Always a line so try to go off hrs.

Myeongdong Kyoja. Must try: kalguksu (handrolled noodle soup ), bibim-guksu (cold noodle with red pepper paste) and mandu (dumplings ). Place looks like a tourist trap but is actually very good.

There's only four options here so you can't go wrong! I had the noodles with minced beef and a rich chicken broth , great for people who like soft noodles .

They only have four items on the menu, steamed dumplings are delicious, of course dumpling noodle soup are great too. The restaurant deserve Michelin star .

Dumplings are a must-try! Portions are really large too so do order your dishes to share. Cool soybean noodles are unique, like cendol .

The steamed dumplings here are so good! My Korean friend highly recommend here. Friendly staff . Crowded and long lineup during lunchtime, so come later in afternoon for lunch to avoid queue.

If you finish your noodles (though I can only just manage the one bowl), you can ask for free “refills” of broth and noodles . For extra noodles ,you ask for “sa-li” (사리) or “sa-ri.” 

Their noodles are like silk , every slurp comes with satisfaction and surprise. Garlic Kimchi is super delicious too! Service is faster than McDonald's!

Mm only 4 items on the menu but everyone gets the dumpling kalguksu ! It was really flavorful and so good. A must try.

Great cold noodles + they offer lunch specials . Tricky to find, no sign outside. Well kept Myeongong secret.

Everyone talks about the kalguksu (칼국수) but I think the bibim guksu (비빔국수) is the real standout here. Very flavorful. Also, every dish is 8000 won and you have to pay when you order.

There’s 2 the same dumpling house that offers almost same menu. Go for this resto and order everything on the menu. ????

Agreeing with everyone here. Delicious gyoja and noodles . Order one is enough to feed two people easily. The kimchi is super good too.

Pretty good dumplings and noodles . Easy picture menu. Staff are nice and fast. Noodles were a little over cooked but they were fresh.

Steamed pork dumplings are the best value at 8000won for 10pcs i think! The ja jiang noodles were a close 2nd! Was lucky to get a seat without waiting but the crowds came in just as we finished up!

Get the noodles and share the dumplings . You pay first and then simply leave when done. Fast and delicious.

Pork dumpling and noodle . Won 2012 award. Best food after tired shopping! Close at 9.30 PM. Difficult for large group over 20.

The non-spicy standard soup noodles had a very strong garlic and onion taste. Cold noodles in sesame broth very delicate flavor but acquired taste. Very large portions of noodles

All four items on the menu are awesome! The kimchi definitely packs a flavour punch!

Noodle soups , cold noodles and dumplings . It was all good, but that was it. No wow effect, nothing spectacular. Wouldnt travel to come here to eat, but would pass by if in the area.

Yeah. It's the real deal. Great mandoo! Wonton skin delicate, tasty and piping hot. Just the right texture.

Go for dumplings , forget the noodles

Noodle is really good I love it. But it's really busy and narrow place with small tables. Warning: kimchi is super hot!!!

This restaurant is famous in MyeongDong. There are many delicious foods such as dumpling , kalguksu and kimchi . These are awesome, so i recommend you to enjoy them.

Big bowl of fantastic noodle soup . Walked straight in and had ordered, paid and been served in about 5 minutes. Will go back to try their dumplings .

Tourist hot spot, but the long lines move surprisingly fast and the wait is never too long. Their kimchi is RIDICULOUSLY garlicky and pungent – there's a reason they give you free gum at the end...

The noodles are the most yummy noodle I’ve tasted. Some and smooth. Get the one with hot soup

Such good soup on a cold day! The kimchi is a bit minty--if you like that, then you'll love it. I, on the other hand, did not. Will come back though!
