I hate this Michaels and will only go there when I don't have time to visit another location. There is always a line at the check-out, any day of the week. The staff are all 16 and miserable.

Look for Tom in the framing department. He was super In every way!

Avoid Asha in custom framing. I had an expensive order and she helped by giving me a printout and coupon for the following week but then would not honor it. She went from a big help to clueless.

They always have long lines and only 1 or 2 cashiers during busy times. Be prepared to wait a while.
