Amazing tucked away corner café serving great portions for your typical price. Friendliest service and homely feel. Great sauces and flavor combo. Try the salmon , veg stack and pulled pork .
Nothing fancy or trendy ; been around forever. Solid coffee , pancake game is strong (and still serving up breakfast polenta and pesto eggs goodness). Bonus marks for being open on New Year’s Day.
Several years ago this used to be a decent breakfast spot . Sadly this place now only has two things going for it: a great location in New Farm, and a cute fluffy chicken wandering around the tables.
Good to see the old favourites are still on the menu - pesto scrambled eggs and fried polenta . Also - bagels !
Staff and manager are very friendly . The large breakfast was huge, loved it!
Love the relaxing ambience , good coffee & breakfast . Pies are good value too.. If you're in a pie-mood.
Palenta is stunning and the fresh juices are excellent. Friendly staff . Very groovy
Fantastic atmosphere! It was playing Massive Attack the last time I was here. How can you beat that? Fantastic.
If you need a boost on a weekend morning, try the coffee in a bucket.
Best food ever! Try the watermelon , pineapple and mint juice !!! Then the fruit salad with bacon and maple syrup !! Amazing!
Say Hi to the Chicken !
Have the polenta and mushrooms . Yum!
Coffee , large breakfast :)
Come during weekday mornings for a nice breakfast , without the crowds :)
Sadly closed - end of an era. But a new cafe is now in its place - Hey Mr.
Try the Eggs Benedict - Poached eggs with salmonon toast with hollandaise ! Awesome!
The most amazing scrabbled eggs Ive ever tasted!
It was so-so for me. Food came in after a million years. The eggs benedict was normal, too little hollandaise sauce on it. I've had better - place is overrated for me.????
Eggs benedict any time of day
The crispy polenta breakfast is AMAZING!!! You must try this!
Beautiful food & coffee
Embracing the paleo diet
Great food but dreadfully hot in summer, especially given how packed it is.
Bruschetta is perfectly light and tasty but still a good size.
Absolutely brilliant breakfasts (all day), but on weekends it is critical you reserve your table for the mornings.
A fantastic little brekky spot.
Go for the juices for a change. Really fresh and yummy!
Several years ago this used to be a decent breakfast spot . Now the coffee is awful, the service is slow and inattentive, and the food is average. Avoid.
Nice atmosphere and the poached eggs were perfect!
The homemade baked beans are a little bowl of bliss.
Always nice breakfasts .
Call ahead and make a booking , Sat morning is peak hour..
Cannot recommend their breakfasts enough, but wish their chai was stronger.
Please. Stuff up my order again. I like it that way.
Try the Fry Up ! Gr8 hangover cure ... or just a fab breaky .
great place for coffe & a chat
Wtf, there was squirrels in my bacon ...
Turkish toasty is delish. Cash only and get there early on weekends as it gets BUSY! - Kate Duffy
Friendly staff, good food, excellent selection (even for those who are gluten or lactose intolerant, or vegetarian), and a nice location - Ivo Niković
Crab omelette with sweet corn is just one of the amazing dishes. The staff are great and all items on the menu are super interesting and thoughtful. - everguide
Great spot for a drink by the river. Lots of live performance happening. - Derek Wilson
Hands down the best French bakery in Brisvagas. Almond croissant is just divine. - Trafooco
The playground is awesome. So many different levels of play equipment for kids of all ages. Lots of shade and places to park a pram & a coffee shop on the doorstep of the playground too. - Sos Mattsson
