The worst hotel ever! The Attitude of the staff , the furniture , the price and the Service ????????

great location wasted on the worst service & building. needs refurbishment.

The rooms are very old they have to renew it.

The hotel doesn't deserve its five stars. The service was so bad and the staff are VERY RUDE.

SPA offers poor service, very unfriendly!

La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur le lac .

Есть меню по Русски на веранде .

Сьюты с lake view хороши.

Вкуснейшие завтраки с видом на горы и озеро !!))
