The food is silly. Honestly. Bar food perfection. Burger . Wings . Cheesesteak . Fries . Rings. Tenders. They're all top notch. Seriously. And they have a ton of beers and great specials.
Good beers . Good people. The warm glow of a bar that makes you feel at home (all upstate New Yorkers will agree).
Sometimes the name just says it all... Probably not the ideal spot for a first date, but Swallow at the Hollow definitely fits the definition of a true Balmore dive and the beer is cheap and plentiful

New head chef making some awesome new food...italian sausages with horseradish and dijon aioli amazing, and crabcakes are out of this world!!!
